- Can I buy car as an individual/private car buyer?
Yes, depending on your country laws, you may not be able to
import some car models, check your country’s registration laws
before the purchase.
- Can I buy a car /cars which are not in your company’s
stock list?
Yes, if you make an inquiry we may be able to get you what you
want.
- Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
No, but we give you a clear report of the vehicle before you
purchase it, that is the cars mileage, damages etc. Therefore
you are sure of what you are going to buy.
We accept payment via T/T only.
All bank transfer charges are covered by the customer.
- Do you accept credit cards?
We do not accept credit cards.
- Do you deal with foreign Currencies?
We deal with only Japanese Yen and US dollars.
No, we do not accept L/C.
- Can i insure my shipment?
Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, But if you
wish to insure your shipment during the order process, we get
you the insurance at extra charge.
- How long does it take the vehicle to reach?
It takes roughly 3 to 5 weeks after car leaves the Japanese
port depending on destination.
- What documents will I receive?
We send you the following.
- Bill of Lading
- Invoice
- De-registration certificate.
- How many cars you can load to 20FT and 40FT container?
We can ship 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles to 20FT
container and 4 small vehicles (sports cars) or 3 medium
vehicles (one of them can be large) to 40FT container. For
example, we can load 3 Mitsubishi Pajero to 40FT container.
- How do I know I can trust you and pay you in advance?
There is our company registration number on our Company
Profile page. With this registration number you can confirm
both our address and the fact that we are a legally registered
and a legitimate company.
- Can you send me invitation letter for getting visa
to Japan to visit your company?
We send invitation letters only to the customers that have
had previous purchase history with our company If you had
no previous purchase history with our company we still can
send you invitation letter if you place 10.000$ deposit which
will be used for buying cars in future. If you would like to
place the deposit and ask for invitation letter please contact
us by email.
